1. Build your campaign
Tell your audience who you are, why you need funding and what great things you’ll do with it.
Create rewards for your backers — an experience, a pre-sale product, a supporter item, digital content, a membership, an invitation or a sponsorship package.
If you have a registered fundraising permit and are collecting donations, you don’t need to offer rewards. Simply set up ready-made donation amounts for your supporters to choose from.

2. Ask us to publish your campaign and start marketing!
Share your campaign link on your social media channels, newsletters and website. Ask people to back your campaign — and to share your link with their own networks. Keep reminding people boldly and persistently throughout the campaign. Thank your backers!
3. Your campaign reaches its minimum goal and you get the funds!
When your campaign succeeds, we transfer the funds to your account minus Mesenaatti’s commission (12%–18% + transaction fees). If the campaign doesn’t reach its minimum goal, all payments are refunded. No costs to the campaign creator.
Once the campaign is complete, deliver the rewards your backers purchased, thank them for their support and keep them updated on your project’s progress!
