FROM SMALL CREEKS A GREAT STORY IS BORN
Joen Lumo is a ground-breaking, pioneering feature film about
Finnish nature.
It tells the story of Siuntio River.
The film is built upon story-telling and all-the-year-round nature shooting Finland is a land of great natural beauty and its value is appreciated and known all over the world.
Nature, however, as we experience it, cannot be taken for granted.
It has to be respected.
In addition to letting people know about this unique river, with this film
we want the audience to think about the current state of our nature and our attitudes towards it.

Joen Lumo is a tribute to Finnish nature, made with time, good taste and heart.
Two years of shooting has come to an end, but we need Your help with editing and marketing that lies ahead.
Given that we receive financing, the film will be finished By the end of 2015.
In addition to possible TV appearances, our purpose is to bring Joen Lumo to national as well as international film festivals, because we strongly believe in people’s longing for and interest in nature.
Together we’ll make Lumo real.
