Olen s\u00e4velt\u00e4nyt, sanoittanut ja sovittanut levyn laulut. T\u00e4m\u00e4 on ensimm\u00e4inen soololevyni ja ensimm\u00e4inen englanninkielinen levyni. Soitan levyll\u00e4 pianoa ja laulan. Rakastan t\u00e4t\u00e4 projektia ja olen otettu siit\u00e4 ett\u00e4 mukaan on l\u00e4htenyt joukko upeita taiteilijoita. Annamme tarinan kuljettaa meit\u00e4 yhdess\u00e4 eteenp\u00e4in. Ja t\u00e4ss\u00e4 kohden, hyv\u00e4 kuulija, pyyd\u00e4n mukaan sinua.<\/p>\n
\u00c4\u00e4nitykset ovat k\u00e4ynniss\u00e4. Seuraavaksi edess\u00e4 on levyn miksaus, masterointi ja painatus. Kannan taloudellisen vastuun yksin. T\u00e4m\u00e4 projekti on valtava ponnistus ja olen tuonut sen mesenaattiin, jotta saisimme apua tuotantokuluihin. Tuottamalla levyn yhteis\u00f6rahoituksella, voin my\u00f6s tarjota yleis\u00f6lleni paljon enemm\u00e4n. Rahoittamalla voit mm p\u00e4\u00e4st\u00e4 mukaan miksauksiin kuuntelemaan materiaalia ennakkoon tai voit ty\u00f6st\u00e4\u00e4 kanssani omaa teksti\u00e4si. Heist\u00e4 kaikista, samoin kuin projektin etenemisest\u00e4, kerron blogissani ja nettisivuillani.<\/p>\n Olen saanut musiikin sovittamiseen ja nuotintamiseen Taiteen keskustoimikunnan s\u00e4veltaiteen kirjastoapurahan 1500 \u20ac sek\u00e4 Georg Malmst\u00e9nin s\u00e4\u00e4ti\u00f6n kohdeapurahan 1500 \u20ac. N\u00e4iden turvin olen ty\u00f6st\u00e4nyt sovitukset ja nuotit. Levyn \u00e4\u00e4nitykset rahoitan itse. Yhteis\u00f6rahoituksella saatu rahoitus k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n levyn miksaukseen, masterointiin sek\u00e4 cd-kopioiden tekoon. Kun tarvittava summa on koossa, ylimenev\u00e4st\u00e4 summasta maksetaan palkkoja niille taiteilijoille, jotka ovat ty\u00f6skennelleet ilmaiseksi. Some of you may already know me as the singer of the progressive rock band Tuvalu. When Tuvalu took a break in 2010, I started to compose new material. Ten songs were born. Together they are the melancholy storm and represents a state of mind where the air’s always chilly but there’s a great fire burning inside you.<\/p>\n I’ve both composed and arranged this music. This is my first solo album and the first album I’ve sung in English. On the record I play piano and sing. This project is obviously very close to my heart and I’ve been incredibly moved by the amazing artists who’ve contributed their expertise to the project. Now it’s time to take the next exciting step on this journey and that is why I’m asking you to join us.<\/p>\n The recordings are currently ongoing. Next we’ll start mixing and mastering the album and manufacturing CDs. I’m producing this record myself. This project is a huge effort and I’ve come to Mesenaatti.me to ask for your help. Any money raised after the goal is reached, will go towards paying the artists who’ve contributed to this album for free.
